Exmoor Zoo

Exmoor Zoo is a popular attraction for family visitors. It also has a serious side being actively involved in animal conservation and educational activities. It was originally known as the Exmoor Bird Garden in the early 1980s, when it specialised on birds, but gradually evolved to include small animals. It now has 700 animals from 170 species including some very scarce species. These include the wonderful large cat named Zoysa in the photo. Amongst the animals they feature are family favourites including penguins deer, lemurs, porcupines, and meerkats. The Zoo is located at Bratton Fleming between Combe Martin and South Molton. Enjoy a day out and see some of natures wonders.
