On entering this ground-floor apartment guests will find the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its huge corner sofa and TV/DVD in the lounge area making this a great space in which to relax and unwind. The dining area on the other side of the room has a table seating six next to which the raised kitchen area is reached via one step up. Within a few minutes you are onto the many popular cycle routes in North Devon as well as Lee Woods and Spreacombe Woods which are great for Mountain Biking. This single-storey property sleeps six in spacious and stylish accommodation. The dual-aspect lounge enjoys views across the local countryside to the sea and is an elegant room with a large sofa feature fireplace TV/DVD. The dining room has a glass table seating six and a pretty window seat which again offers attractive views. A breakfast offers a smaller dining table and is perfect for less formal meals or perhaps makes a great place for children to eat. This quaint cottage is entered via the front door into an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfortable sofa and armchairs arranged around the TV/DVD. The dining table seating four is situated in the window offering lovely views over the farmland and the surrounding countryside whilst the kitchen area is equipped with an oven. hob microwave fridge and washing machine. Steep cottage-style stairs lead to the bedrooms on the first floor.
