Courtenay House

Courtenay House is an adults only bed and breakfast located in Bovey Tracey, the gateway to Dartmoor. It makes an ideal location for those visiting the area. Bovey Tracey is a picturesque town right on the edge of Dartmoor, located just 8 miles away from Torquay. It provides an excellent base from which to explore. There are numerous scenic walks and cycle paths nearby. There are also a number of riding centres in the area if you want to go riding. Courtenay House is a Victorian house that still maintains many of its original features. There is a homely atmosphere full of chintz and period charm with old china tableware and lace tablecloths. Antiques are bought and sold and there is a tea room which operates during the day. We are an adults only guest house. Evening meals are available by arrangement.
