It is ideally located in a peaceful, leafy conservation area in the beautiful town of Budleigh Salterton. It is eight miles from Exeter and five miles from Sidmouth. Chapter House is also only a short walk from the Jurassic Coastal Path. Budleigh Salterton beach is a lovely, clean pebble beach, perfect for children of all ages. Part of the beach is designated as dog-friendly. The town features a number of great places to eat and drink. There is car parking for one car, and unrestricted off road parking.
