Chapter House is a large Victorian property in a residential cul-de-sac , only a two minute walk , BEST LOCATION FOR the beach and town centre. It is ideally located in a peaceful , leafy conservation area in the beautiful town of Budleigh Salterton. Budleigh Salterton beach is a lovely , clean pebble beach , perfect for children of all ages. Part of the beach is designated as dog-friendly. The town features a number of great places to eat and drink. There is car parking for one car , and unrestricted off road parking. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road for people not wanting to travel by car. continental Breakfast is included in the price.
