The Exmoor Manor is a cosy country house B&B with our adjoining pub , The Beggars Roost Inn , making it the ideal getaway , and all set in our own peaceful grounds on the hills above Lynton and Lynmouth , surrounded by stunning scenery on the edge of Exmoor National Park. We have 7 en suite rooms , of which 2 are family rooms and 5 are double or twin bedded rooms. Each room has a complementary coffee tray , direct dial telephone , alarm clock , hair dryer and television. Extras such as flowers , Champagne and chocolates are available in rooms if pre-ordered. Pets are also welcome to stay for a small fee. All prices are inclusive of a full English breakfast. Fantastic , freshly prepared lunch and evening meals are also available from 12 - 2.30 and 6 - 9pm in our adjoining pub , The Beggars Roost Inn , which also offers real ales and cider , a log fire and large beer garden. Pets are also welcome here. We are 10 minutes walk from the coastal path where you can walk along the banks of the beautiful River Lyn at Watersmeet , up onto Exmoor or down to Lynton and Lynmouth. With nearby riding stables and Ilfracombe and Woolacombe within 45 minutes , we are the ideal location for you to be as active or relaxed as you wish.
