There is also a wealth of National Trust Properties in close proximity and the Eden Project in Cornwall is a pleasant hour's drive away.Well located for our corporate guests too. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but only 20 minutes from the centre of Plymouth. Even closer if you are visiting Langage Industrial Estate or Tamar Science Park. Almost seconds away from the China Clay works in Lee Moor.Rising from the ashes is our new Phoenix Steakhouse serving mouth-watering local Devon steaks cooked on our char grill. Our superb kitchen works its magic with fresh ingredients to create dishes to remember. The restaurant is also open to non-residents so we recommend you reserve a table to avoid disappointment.
