We have been welcoming guests to Higher Coombe Farm since 1987 , many returning year after year for the peace and tranquillity found here. Relax on the patio overlooking a pleasant garden or in the lounge where you can find a lot of information about the area and local walks. Situated just outside the village of Tipton St John in the Otter Valley , it is only 4 miles from Sidmouth sea front and the surrounding National Trust and Devon Heritage Coast. Higher Coombe Farm is the ideal base for exploring East Devon's small towns and picturesque villages , not forgetting the historic cathedral city of Exeter and also Dartmoor and Exmoor.
