A delightful Edwardian Residence offering bed and breakfast accommodation. Set in an enviable position within lush gardens and offering a tranquil environment . We are within a few minutes walk of Cockington Village and Country Park, less than five minutes to the sea front and within walking distance of Torquay Centre with its Marina, Shops, Conference Centre , Theatre and railway station. Fresh delicious home cooked breakfasts using ingredients from local suppliers where possible. A charming Hotel situated in the peaceful surroundings of Cockington Valley, with its historical thatched village, but just 150 yards from Livermead beach and providing a superb base for enjoying Torbay. The Hotel boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool from May to September, large private car park and a very warm welcome. Our delightful gardens are an ideal place to sit and enjoy a summers evening with a glass of wine and although we are not licenced to sell alcohol our guests are more than welcome to provide their own favourite tipple. All rooms are en-suite and have colour TV and teacoffee making facilities. Packed lunches can be provided by arrangement.
