The main-living area of this beautiful detached bungalow is situated at the rear of the property to make the most of the spectacular views. The spacious lounge has two separate seating areas one next to the picture windows and the other by the woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner is separated from the lounge by double doors and a single step down. The dining table seats six and is situated in front of the patio doors which allow guests to extend the space out onto the decked seating area during the warmer months. The kitchen is contemporarily styled and well-equipped with a Range-style cooker microwave American-style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed separately in the property s utility room. There are three bedrooms all of which benefit from their own TV. The first of these is a double whilst the other two are both twin rooms which can be made up as king-size beds on request thanks to the zip-and-link beds. The bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC is located next to the double bedroom and can be closed off to be used as an en-suite room if guests prefer. There is also a shower room with WC. Outside the decked terrace which runs along the rear of the property provides a lovely place from which to enjoy alfresco meals or drinks. Beyond this there is an garden and an amazing five-acres of orchards (can be used by two other bungalows). There is ample off-road parking available.
